These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ve999 ("ve999", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ve999 website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at ve999.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the ve999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ve999 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party and must not allow any other person to access your ve999 account. ve999 accepts no liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify ve999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ve999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or withholding of withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ve999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the ve999 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are reflected in player balances immediately upon successful confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ve999 are processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. ve999 targets withdrawal processing within normal operational timeframes; actual credit times may vary depending on the player's financial institution. ve999 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ve999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ve999 accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion costs or fees imposed by a player's bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ve999 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time each offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ve999 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes;
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Chargebacks on deposits that have been played or withdrawn;
